Meet the Revolution Machine Works Team

Kris is an industry veteran with ​17 years of experience with Hydromat, Acme Gridley and Davenport machines, CNC machines, process engineering and shop ownership. Kris attended Ohio University and Miami University, majoring in business administration. After college, he worked at his family’s machine shop in the Cincinnati area, starting out setting up, fixing and running Hydromat machines. After gaining valuable experience, Kris moved into a process engineering role and eventually to plant-level management, where he oversaw production for 65 employees and balanced the demands of various Fortune 500 tier 1 and 2 customers across multiple industries. The plant housed 12 Hydromats, 30 Acmes, five Okuma CNC and 33 Davenports, providing a valuable experience for multiple machining applications. Kris was featured in “Today’s Machining World” and “Production Machining” magazines for the use and advancement of rotary transfer machines. His background at a family-owned business means that Kris understands the perspectives of many customers and enjoys finding solutions that fit their needs. Kris has operated a Hydromat service business since 2012 and looks forward to continuing to operate an organization that provides the best solutions for customers.

Chad has more than 25 years of Hydromat experience. A certified OEM apprentice graduate and former OEM service and machine rebuild technician, Chad has broad experience that allows him to perform world-class Hydromat rebuilds and repairs. Chad possesses a wealth of knowledge about machine history, makeup and repair and rebuild practices. Chad is great at sharing his technical knowledge to solve customer problems and get them back running parts.

Mike has more than 20 years of Hydromat experience. As a former OEM service technician and machine rebuild technician, Mike has broad experience that allows him to perform world-class Hydromat rebuilds and repairs. He also has repaired CNC equipment and has worked in a competitive, captive job shop environment. Mike is able to help customers in many ways with their machine tool needs and enjoys helping companies meet or exceed their requirements.

After receiving a Bachelor’s degree in operations management from the University of Cincinnati, Brennan worked in Columbus, Ohio, as a sales representative in the medical device industry. In 2020, he jumped at the opportunity to work for RMW, where he could make an immediate impact by combining his knowledge of process improvement and professional sales experience. Brennan is well-equipped to assist manufacturers of all skill levels with their rotary transfer machine projects. 

A former OEM service technician with more than 30 years of Hydromat experience, Jaime has extensive setup and department management experience. This gives him a dual perspective and allows him to give customers the best solution for their situation. Jaime is a road warrior and always on the go. He leads our talented service department in getting your machines up and running as soon as possible. Jaime enjoys helping customers and educating them along the way.

As a former OEM purchasing manager and parts desk lead for more than 30 years, Raymond knows Hydromat parts better than anyone. He has helped numerous customers extensively for many years and is happy to help find, identify and supply you with the parts you need to get your machines running quickly. Raymond enjoys helping customers succeed and get what they need when they need it.
